You and a guest are invited to be our special guest at our Cancer Survivor & Caregiver Recognition Picnic.

The picnic will include:

• A free t-shirt for cancer survivors who pre-register
• A free will donation "box" dinner
• Opportunity to purchase tickets for a couple of different raffle items
• Creating our "Hope Puzzle", 
• T-Shirts & Masks will be available for purchase 
• Closing ceremony will be "Prayer in the Air"
